Meeting Room SOTHEMA
This project consists of the design and development of a contemporary meeting room conceived to support collaboration, strategic discussions, and executive presentations within a modern corporate environment. The design combines functionality, comfort, and a refined aesthetic to create a professional space that encourages productivity and effective communication.
A large natural wood conference table serves as the focal point of the room, surrounded by ergonomic seating to ensure comfort during extended meetings. The interior palette is based on neutral grey tones, complemented by warm wood finishes and subtle red accent seating, creating a balanced atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming.
Acoustic performance was a key consideration in the design, achieved through textured wall finishes, carpet flooring, and sound-absorbing ceiling elements that enhance speech clarity and reduce distractions. Linear suspended lighting provides uniform illumination across the meeting surface while reinforcing the contemporary architectural character of the space.
Large glazed openings maximize natural daylight and contribute to a bright, comfortable environment. Integrated presentation surfaces and streamlined furnishings support efficient workflows and collaborative exchanges. Overall, the design delivers a modern, functional, and visually distinctive meeting room that reflects professionalism, innovation, and high workplace standards.
